Best experience for my dog! He left happy, clean and extremely well cared for.

I trust Gill and Andy 100% with my fur baby. He adores them to bits. We get regular updates when we're away. We also get him groomed there, and a record is kept of how I like him groomed. I don't like him groomed too short. You can see that they love every dog that comes in and know their little habits.

We’ve been boarding our dog here for several years and they’re the best. Our 12 year old dog loves it here too - it’s a quieter environment than the big boarding kennels and the shaded play yards are a plus.

This is where we trust our pup will be taken care of. The owners try really hard to work with you on scheduling or whatever it is you need.
If your dog is friendly make sure you ask for play time with other dogs in the yard.

I kenneled my small poodle mix here and she ended up staying more days due to the winter storm. Andy was very understanding and helpful with last minute flight issues. I also was concerned because my puppy was a bit nervous but she came out more confident and sure of herself. She had a blast playing with the dogs and I could tell she like Andy, her whole body was wiggling when he came to her cage. Also, he took good care of her during the storm when they had no power and tons of snow. Very happy.

But if she does, she only goes to Kyalami where we both know she will be well looked after. I can call to get the details of exactly how she is doing while I am away. They always insist on reviewing Maggie's care for food and meds in detail for each stay to ensure no miscommunications occur.

Just dropped my Baby Khloe off for boarding while I tend to a sick relative. Kyalami does her grooming, so why not keep it all in house? The staff is polite and welcoming. Will post again when I pick her up...to be continued..

We have used this facility for our beloved family dog countless times. The workers are wonderful with the animals and the customer service is stellar. Like- so so good. Theyve bent over backwards to get us in before. I like that they have you send updated forms of your pets vaccines etc because this ensures that all the dogs are safe. I know my dog is safe and secure there.

Andy and his staff always take great care of Zoey. We have never had an issue and we get her groomed with Natalie who is always great with her. We have been using her since she worked at petsmart. We feel comfortable leaving Zoey with them and have no issues at all. The owner is very personable and for the one star reviews, every place has their own policies, sending paper work in and causing a 1 star review, really? I would and have recommended this place to anyone that asks about a boarding location.

Our first time we were out of town for 4 weeks for our wedding and honeymoon and Gill and Andy were great, sending pictures and updates regularly. Since then we have added another dog to our family and they both enjoyed their regular visits to the kennels.

Fast forward to this summer and we have relocated from Houston to Singapore. I cant believe how patient and flexible Gill and Andy were. We were unsure when exactly we would be allowed to fly and needed to move our kennel dates a few times. Once we were able to leave the country and needing to leave the dogs behind for a few weeks, Gill and Andy helped us by taking the dogs to their final vets appointment and facilitated the dogs being picked up by the company who were shipping them over to us.

Overall a fantastic place for dogs to spend doggy vacations and two owners who will go above and beyond, when possible, to help their customers! We will miss sending our dogs to Kyalami!

Had them watch my dog for 10 days, and they took care of her. Very prompt and organized, prices are half that of other kennels providing the same level of care and service.

Gill and Andy are awesome!!! They live on the property so there is always someone on site.

Kyalami Kennels are the best! TLC is Gill and Andy ' s specialty. Dolly and Daisy love going there whether for a long weekend or a couple weeks due to our house being flooded.

This kennel ranks a 10 out of 5 stars! We left our 3 pooches for 12 nights. That's the longest time ever. This kennel is clean and high class. We never worried about our dogs the entire time. We just missed them, so I called about 3x. Andy and Gill are so kind and caring. This facility is first class!

I have taken my 7 month old puppy to 3 different daycare/boarding facilities and Kyalami has been the only one in which I felt a sense of warmth and peace of mind leaving my puppy, it just has that good vibe. I love that they have the freedom to run and play outside in the grass with other dogs but there is still structure and routine. They take your pup out 4-6 times a day, which I really appreciate since many other places only do 3 times! One boarding facility I took my puppy to only took him out 3 times and of course he had an accident inside his kennel and I had to pay for his bath. When I drop off my puppy here, he doesn't even look back to say bye to me. I highly recommend this place.

We love this kennel and so does our dog. He used to always come home sick from Waggin Tales and would be so nervous to go there. When we ask him if he wants to go to "camp" he gets so excited and jumps right out of the jeep when we get there. Andy and Gill take such good care of him. He loves all the friends he makes there. Highly recommend Kylami.

We recently found ourselves needing care for our two pets, a 16 mo. old and 12 yr. old bichon cockers. We are frequent visitors to TX and are looking for permanent relocation. Neither of our boys have been previously boarded anywhere in the time we have had them and we were suddenly faced with a medical emergency. We found out about Kyalami Kennels on the internet and ended up boarding our pets there. They were fabulous in their care and concern for our dogs and both of them were very happy there. In fact on a subsequent boarding they both ran up to the kennel happily. Thank you Gill, Andy and Lacie, you are the best!!! Max and Rocko will be back!

I was very stressed about finding a dog boarding facility to accomodate my Laika. Found that Kyalami Kennels was very close to home and had good reviews, so I made reservations immediately because we would be traveling during the busy holiday season. I was worried sick while I was away and texted Gill frequently about my girl. She was amazing and kept me updated. She even mentioned that Laika has loose stools and asked me if it was okay to give her chicken and rice for dinner. I was very impressed. Gill and Andy will care for your furbabies as if they were their own. Gill told Laika as I was leaving that she would be her temporary mama until I got back...that's when I knew she would be in good hands. Highly recommend!

Couldn't speak more highly of any boarding facility! As any living pet owner, the first time you use anyone new to you, you get nervous..however I walked out thinking "Molly's in good hands", and boy was she.

Gil did a terrific job grooming my corgis. She was so sweet and gentle with them. They were not at all stressed when I picked them up, and their coats look beautiful! Thank you, Gil!

I have been so pleased with the quality and care of this facility. The pricing is extremely fair, as well! My rat terrier, Chaplin, is a rescue, and needs a little extra TLC- which he consistently receives from here. He is as happy as can be every time I pick him up. Kyalami Kennels is a gem! We have left our two dogs there several times and they are so nice, and the service is so personalized. The play areas are very big and the kennels are clean. I had total peace of mind leaving town knowing they had our dogs. Gill and Andy are so sweet and I am so glad to have found this great kennel!!
